Fly other aircraft
To change aircraft, the new plane must be one that is normally available during the mission. Enter the aircraft name and its mission ID as a Callsign on the Pilot screen. For example, if there are four F-117s in a mission, their IDs would range from 00 to 03, and you would type the following code to fly the second F-117 of the four aircraft: fly:F117-01 Hold [Option] and select “Tour of Duty” from the Missions menu. Then enter an aircraft and a mission number within the fields provided. Aircraft Code *

Unlimited Fuel

When the voice says 'Bingo' turn on afterburners as high as they can go and turn on fast mode. The voice will say 'Fuel Low'. Ignore it. After a while, you will hear your engines die, but you can turn off fast mode and keep on flying forever (as long as you do not turn afterburners off).
