Place spies there and wait for a map report to arrive. Use the map to place spies in the wilderness and wait for a raikov rescue side-quest to appear. DARPA-1 - Unlock Sigint. The alternate method is to go into the Comm Building ater rescuing Snake and recruiting Paramedic. Place spies all around town after the transmission and wait for the chance. The alternative method is to have a Metal Gear Acid save file on your memory stick where you play Portable Ops. MGA2VE - Unlock Venus. The alternate method is to have a Metal Gear Acid 2 save file on your memory stick where you play Portable Ops.
