Glitch: Saber Blaster Before entering the room where you face Tavion, switch your weapon to the E-11 Blaster Rifle. Enter the room and watch the cutscene. When the fight begins, you will be holding the blaster in one hand, but your saber will be attatched to the end of it and turned on.
